Repairs
All Dionysus Cellular customers (that have cellular/data contracts) can get their faulty devices repaired by Nashua Mobile. All you need to do is take your device to your
nearest Nashua Mobile store and carry along your Nashua Mobile account details (which you would have as you applied for your contract through Dionysus Cellular).
Please be sure to back up any important contact, pictures, music, files etc from your device before taking it into Nashua Mobile.
Even if you have a second handset (not acquired from Dionysus Cellular/Nashua Mobile), if you have the invoice for the handset and you have a Nashua Mobile account, you can have your device repaired at Nashua Mobile.
Remember that sometimes the cost of repairs can be exorbitant, especially in the event of water or physical damage to your handset, so it's always a good idea to sign up for insurance.
