Out of box failure
An out of box failure is rare. It occurs when your device doesn't work withing the first seven (7) days (including weekends and public holidays).
If this happens, we need you to please take the device into your nearest Nashua Mobile store ASAP. Unfortunately we can't send a courier to you as the Nashua Mobile technicians need to examine your device and you need to sign for this. It is imperative that the device is in it's original condition (even the slightest scratch, mark or dent will invalidate the out of box failure guarantee). Please take in all your paperwork, packaging (all papers, manuals, stickers etc), accessories and ID.
Most device manufacturers (except for example Apple) will replace the unit at no cost. Manufacturers that do not offer an out of box failure policy will repair the device.
Please note that informing us of an out of box failure won't ensure your device is replaced as per the manufacturer's rules - you must go into a Nashua Mobile store ASAP.
Note: This process is not applicable for laptops.
