Mobile Number Porting
Mobile Number Porting (MNP) refers to the process of retaining your cellphone number, even when you switch service providers. Eg an 082 number used to be exclusive to Vodacom, but now this could be ported to a service provider that operates a different network eg. MTN.
Remember, porting to Nashua Mobile does not mean you have to change the network you love. So, if you are happy with MTN, you can stay on MTN and retain your cellphone number. All that will happen is you may receive a new sim card and instead of further billing from MTN service provider, you get billed by Nashua Mobile. It's simple, easy and we deliver your device to you (why go into a mall or call a call centre?). While we are working hard to move to a completely paperless online application system, unfortunately, at this stage, we require a signed port in request form (click here to download) and a copy of your sim card showing clearly the sim card number when you apply to us.
Mobile Number Porting is a FREE service.

Porting disclaimer
While Dionysus Cellular and Nashua Mobile will make every effort to ensure your port is processed smoothly, occasionally, the cellular networks experience technical problems processing the port. It is possible the the port does not occur on the exact date you would like. Because ports are often processed between 7pm and midnight, if your port fails to be processed on one night, it may only go through 24 to 48 hours later.
