Delivery

All deals ordered from www.dionysuscellular.co.za are subject to a delivery charge of R60.00. We believe for the convenience of having your device delivered to your door and not having to drive to a mall or call up a call centre, this is excellent value for money. After your deal has been approved, Nashua Mobile will contact you to arrange delivery.

In order to comply with RICA, please have your original green bar coded ID and original proof of physical address (not older than three months) handy when the courier delivers your device. All you need to do is present these documents to the courier company for inspection and we’ll take care of the RICA registration.

Activation of your device

For security reasons, we do not activate your device until you have received it. It could take between 24 and 72 hours from delivery for us to activate your line. You may choose to speed up the process by calling 0861 412 412 (select the option for Customer Services).

After your line is activated by the network, your device will not connect to the network automatically. You will need to switch off the device, remove the battery for a few seconds, re-insert the battery and then switch on the device.
